Rental Policy

Standard rental period: 3 to 5 days

Extended rentals may be arranged upon request (additional charges may apply)

Late returns will incur a daily late fee

Full rental fee must be paid upfront to confirm your booking

The rental fee is non-refundable with the exception of cancellations made in line with the cancellation clause

Please do not wash or alter the item(s)

We professionally clean all garments before and after rentals

Any permanent stains or damage must be reported to Tsonga Brides on return of rental items

All pick-ups and returns of rental items take place in Midrand Johannesburg

Pick-ups take place from Thursday and returns on later than Monday 6pm

Alternative pick-up and return dates must be arranged with Tsonga Brides prior to pick-up date

Address for pick up and return of rental items will be provided during check out

No courier services may be used for pick-ups and returns of rental items

You are responsible for ensuring you return all rental items timeously

Cancellations made at least 14 days before pick-up date will receive a 50% refund

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled pick-up date are eligible for a full refund.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the pick-up date.

Customers are responsible for the rented item from the time of pick until return

Severe damage, loss, or theft will result in full replacement value being charged

Advance try-ons available upon request (subject to availability and fee of R50)

Size guidance provided; however, customers are responsible for ensuring they provide accurate sizes
