Shipping & Delivery Policy

Purpose: Inform customers how and when their order will be delivered.

Include:

Processing time -for items such as Accessories and Tops 3-5 business days - for items such as Sets and Xibelani 10-15 business days
Shipping methods - PAXI, PostNet and Courier Guy.
Estimated delivery timeframes- 3-5 business days.
Shipping fees - from R109 (this will depend on the weight of your ordered items and your selected courier company).
Tracking details - Tracking details will be communicated to customer once the courier company has collected the order.
We currently do not have International shipping services. International customers can make their own shipping arrangements and communicate same to Tsonga Brides.
